Terms of Use

Last updated 13 September 2026

These terms apply to the ReserveGauge website and the free ReserveGauge macOS app. By using either, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

The app and forecasts

ReserveGauge reads supported provider information from your Mac when you enable a provider, then stores local usage history and forecasts. Forecasts are estimates from that history. They can be incomplete or wrong, and do not guarantee access to a provider, a reset time or a result. You remain responsible for checking the provider's own account and limits.

Supported providers

ReserveGauge is independent from OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI and GitHub. Provider names and trademarks belong to their owners. Availability can change when a provider changes its account, API or command-line interfaces.

Free access

The current app is free, with no account or card required. We may change, pause or retire parts of the website or app. Historic purchases and licence support remain subject to the terms that applied when they were made.

Your responsibilities

Intellectual property

Studea Limited and its licensors own the ReserveGauge app, website, branding and original content. These terms give you a limited, revocable licence to use the free app and website for their intended purpose.

Availability and liability

We provide ReserveGauge with reasonable care, but the app and website are provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, Studea is not responsible for provider outages, changed provider data, lost work, indirect losses or decisions made from an estimate. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy explains how the app and website handle data. For support or legal questions, contact hello@reservegauge.com.

Changes

We may update these terms when the product or law changes. The date above records the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
