ReserveGauge is a native macOS app and this marketing website, operated by Studea Limited (registered in England and Wales, company no. 17228961). We keep data collection to the minimum and explain all of it below. Questions: hello@reservegauge.com.
The app keeps usage data local
ReserveGauge has no account and keeps no copy of your usage data. It reads your provider limits using the logins already on your Mac, then computes and stores your usage history locally. Your usage history and transcripts remain on your device. Provider credentials are used only for requests to that provider and are never sent to us. The app does not send provider names, allowance values or usage history.
Website analytics
We use cookieless Ahrefs Web Analytics for aggregate page measurement. If you allow optional analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 also measures website page views, download starts and checkout starts. Google Analytics does not load until you consent. The ReserveGauge app does not send provider names, allowance values or usage history. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data.
Download and launch measurement
When you download the app, our server (Cloudflare) counts the download start and successful DMG response, and sends us a notification that includes an approximate location derived from your IP address and your browser/device type. On first launch, the app sends a one-time trial-start request. It sends another one-time request after a provider first returns local usage data. These requests have no body or account identifier. We don't build a profile, link these events to your usage, or retain your IP address. Notification emails are delivered by Resend under their privacy policy.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. When you buy ReserveGauge Pro, Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your payment and billing details under their privacy policy. We receive your order and licence information so we can deliver your licence key and provide support.
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and provide support. We don't add you to any marketing list.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Since we receive no app usage data, this mainly concerns optional website analytics, support emails and purchase records. Contact hello@reservegauge.com and we'll respond.
